Welcome to The Sheldon — a unique, independent B&B where hospitality meets heart. Located on a quiet street just 100m from Eastbourne’s seafront and a short stroll from the theatre district, Towner Gallery, and dozens of great pubs and restaurants, we offer a truly memorable stay.

We’re not a chain, and we’re proud of it. Our 20-room Victorian property blends comfort, creativity, and community. Expect original murals and local art throughout, a colourful lounge and breakfast room, and a kaleidoscope of thoughtful details.
