Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Tours run daily from 09:08 to 16:38 (last full loop) from Stop 1 (Exhibition Square), every 15 minutes. The last three departures from Stop 1 terminate at Cliffords Tower (Stop 7).

The winter service schedule is as follows:
- First departure from Stop 1: 10:45
- Last departure from Stop 1: 14:15
- Frequency: every 30 minutes

The shoulders and summer service schedule is as follows:
- First departure from Stop 1: 09:30
- Last departure from Stop 1: 17:00 (approximately)
- Frequency: every 15–20 minutes

The November 2026 schedule is as follows:
- Shoulders service: 1 November
- No service: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Winter service: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays

The December 2026 schedule is as follows:
- Winter service: 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20 December
- No service: 3, 4, 7, 10, 11, 14, 17, 18, 21–31

The January 2027 schedule is as follows:
- Winter service: every Saturday
- The service will not operate for the rest of the month.

The February 2027 schedule is as follows:
- Winter service: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays
- No service: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

The March 2027 schedule is as follows:
- Winter service: every day until 19 March (inclusive)
- Summer service: 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, 28, 30 and 31 March
- Shoulder service: 22, 25, 26 and 29 March
