Was not clear it was student accommodation but pleasantly surprised by amenities, quality, cleanliness, etc. Loved having a fridge and kitchen sink. Having a breakfast was a bonus. Generally good quality selection for being continental.

Comfortable, spacious room. All you could need for a short stop in Edinburgh, The public areas were extensive and a good place to relax. The breakfast buffet was much better than we had expected.

Fairly good location - a lot of restaurants around, about 20 minutes walk from Princess street and the Royal Mile. The hotel and room were very clean, there is an elevator. Breakfast was good.

Located in a well-served area, close to restaurants, café and bus stops, just a 15 minutes walk from Princes Street. The room was clean and well equipped.

I like the location and common area of the hotel. We visited during the Fringe so as one can imagine everything was overpriced. The rooms are repurposed for tourism during the summer. It has amazing common areas and nice breakfast. The bed is too small for two persons. The bathroom is also suitable for only one person. Staff were friendly to me. I was happy about our stay.

Breakfast had a great selection of bread and toppings. Room was clean, bathroom and shower were great. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Hotel has loads of great places to eat nearby. Bed nice and clean. Coffee machine accessible 24/7.

I really liked the location, central enough to be close to main sights but also not too busy. Nice bakeries, restaurants and shops around. The staff was very nice, I felt very welcome and we enjoyed the facilities. We had a really nice view of the castle and Arthur's seat.
