Beautiful home in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the bus. host is amazing. Breakfasts are excellent, lovely place to stay.

Location was easy to get to with local bus. Area was quiet and street was well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with great choices presented by the host.

Lovely, clean room/guest house. Helpful, friendly host. Good location for 20-25 minute walk to city centre. Free street parking spaces available in adjacent roads - make sure you park outside of permit boxes. Would definitely stay again.

Good location from which to explore Edinburgh -- short bus ride or 30-min walk. Room had everything needed and bathroom appeared newly renovated. Host was friendly and helpful.

Khuan is a very engaged, friendly and well informed host. He was welcoming us with all Information, that we were looking for. Also great is his breakfast and the interiordesign of his guest house. Everything is very clean and well maintenened. The location is in a silent side street, with a bus stop 2 minutes walk and 15 minutes ride to the city center, perfect for us.

Clean, comfortable and good food

The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. Also very close to a bus stop to get into the city, but far enough to be nice and quiet. Wonderful breakfast.

Breakfasts were great; tasty and well cooked. The accommodation is close to bus stops making it a breeze to get to all the local areas of interest. Our room was serviced daily, lovely and clean.

Exceptional 2 night stay at AmarAgua Guest House, Kuan was the perfect host, lovely traditional Scottish breakfast, beautiful room, and a surprise bottle of champagne for Birthday girl (50th) It was also right next door to a country park with some Highland Cows. We will return 💝
