آراء الضيوف
Excellent
I wasn't expecting how wonderful this place was. For me the staff at the hotel made my experience. I was treated so incredibly by Anita on the front desk the moment I walked in the door. The staff at breakfast were equally amazing with my little boy. They even deliver you a hot cookie and milk to your room before 9pm. It was the little touches like this that made it for me.
Wonderful hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, great bar/restaurant, and the staff were amazing; helpful, professional and polite.
Friendly staff Great location
Very friendly staff, lovely room, great breakfast
The room was large and very comfortable.Everything spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. We would definitely return if visiting Bath again.
The bar, room with an amazing view across bath, the free standing bath. staff were absolutely amazing from the moment of arrival to checking out
Comfortable bed, own bathroom with rainfall shower, fridge with bottle of water and small bottle of milk- not tiny cartons. very good breakfasts. Plenty of free parking. Good location.
Such a lovely place to stay. Lovely staff and fab breakfast!
Beautiful place. Helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Spacious room
My room was spacious and very comfy. Beds, sheets and pillows are great. It’s a beautiful old mansion set in lovely grounds. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind.
Beautiful building and location Great service Quiet and peaceful room Lovely room ( we were upgraded to a suite but the standard room we had booked looked lovely too).
The approach up the winding road reveals a glorious property. The grounds are beautiful, our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. The staff through out our stay were extremely polite and courteous. It was a delight to stay at your property.
Plenty of car parking space. Breakfast was excellent
Such a beautiful place, relaxing, great location.
The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.
It did take a very long time for your bar staff to bring us a bottle of champagne c 25 minutes. However she was extremely apologetic and did explain she was new and finding her feet. Perhaps other staff could have supported her better?
It had beautiful views and grounds and was really convenient to get to on way into Bath. Easy parking. The breakfast was fantastic - everything available and staff super attentive!
Lovely and quiet, beautiful surroundings and easy to get into city centre. Staff were so helpful and really friendly
Beautiful grounds and facilities. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Would visit again.
