I wasn't expecting how wonderful this place was. For me the staff at the hotel made my experience. I was treated so incredibly by Anita on the front desk the moment I walked in the door. The staff at breakfast were equally amazing with my little boy. They even deliver you a hot cookie and milk to your room before 9pm. It was the little touches like this that made it for me.

Comfortable bed, own bathroom with rainfall shower, fridge with bottle of water and small bottle of milk- not tiny cartons. very good breakfasts. Plenty of free parking. Good location.

The approach up the winding road reveals a glorious property. The grounds are beautiful, our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. The staff through out our stay were extremely polite and courteous. It was a delight to stay at your property.

It did take a very long time for your bar staff to bring us a bottle of champagne c 25 minutes. However she was extremely apologetic and did explain she was new and finding her feet. Perhaps other staff could have supported her better?
