It was extremely clean and cozy.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect location.

Really cosy with a little hallway and great bed. Central location a stone's throw from the centre.

Perfect B&B right nextdoor to Royal Crescent and easy walking to all attractions. Very friendly staff and gave good tips beforehand on parking nearby.

Location is excellent. Room decor is beautiful - traditional and what you would expect from a period property in Bath. Check-in at 12.30 was a great addition to the stay and was warmly greeted on arrival. Everywhere was clean and full amenities offered in the room.

Stunning period property in an awesome location. Beautifully furnished and decorated.

Fantastic property in a beautiful part of Bath

Beautiful, old world charm, so close to The Circle. Lovely room.

I loved the typical character of this property, imagine, built by John Wood the younger, an architect (a carpenter actually) who basically developed a big part of Bath Classy, clean, spacious, central, comfortable Ticks al the boxes !

Perfect location, clean and pleasant room.

Quiet, cosy room with nice view of city and trees.Excellent position and lovely od building..

Big room. Great location. Easy walking to all main tourist attractions. Clean and tidy. Lovely bathroom. Nice cuupa tea facilities.

Lovely old house.comphy bed

Clean, lovely nice size room. Great towels. Price was fair.

A bar fridge would be a great addition to the room.

Although check-in wasn't in person, clear instructions were given. The rooms were clean and tidy and I thought the small touches of cleaning pads and cotton buds a nice touch.

Fantastic location
