Great location, great service and fantastic ambience - intimacy and personal service that comes with a boutique character hotel.

Attentive and friendly staff; period atmosphere; Georgian street

Stayed on the night of our wedding, they kindly left a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room for when we returned. Very clean and great location, staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy with fresh linens. The bathroom was modern, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room cool and relaxing after a long day. Overall, the room exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! The bar and restaurant were excellent as well. The bar had a great selection of drinks with a relaxed atmosphere, and the cocktails were especially well made. The restaurant offered delicious meals with plenty of variety — everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of options to start the day right.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, located in the best, least touristy and commercial part of the town with best restaurants, and still within very easy access to the main points at just a short walk.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable. Bar area nice and had a very good breakfast too. Could walk everywhere .

A beautiful historic hotel in an excellent location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything! And the way all the staff were was exceptional we will definitely remember our visit. Nothing was ever any trouble first class service with all the bells and whistles

Lovely characterful hotel in a quiet but still pretty central location

Staff at the hotel were very kind, helpful & very smiley. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was fabulous.
