We stayed at the hotel on a half-board basis. While the breakfast was very good, the dinner arrangements were quite disappointing. Each evening, we were offered a fixed set menu with only four options — Margherita pizza, grilled bass, grilled chicken fillet, and pasta. These dishes appeared to be the least expensive items from the main restaurant menu, and we were not given the option to select anything else. As my wife is a vegetarian, the limited choice made it particularly difficult for us. Having stayed for seven nights, we had to eat the same dishes every day For a five-star hotel, we expected a more varied and flexible dining experience.

Comfy, clean, calm, excellent customer service. The customer is asked for feedback and a serious followup is done to make sure the customer is satisfied during the stay. Great value for money. Good facilities and amenities. Location isn't in the middle of the touristic chaos, yet not far, and a shuttle is provided to the center every hour in both ways.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the facilities reflects real attention to detail. The staff deserve special praise for their professionalism and kindness. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality across every department. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the location made it easy to explore the area while still enjoying peace and quiet when we returned. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect balance of comfort, service, and style. We left feeling relaxed and very well cared for and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The hotel had a lot of facilities to use including 2 restaurants. It was nice being able to use the gym/sauna and steam.

The hotel was good and clean. The shuttle service to Taksim was very nice and convenient if you wanted to go to the shops. I also enjoyed the city views from the restaurant.

This was our first time in Istanbul, we wanted a quite room. The staff is super friendly and service is amazing, i am not used to be served that well. I want to mention a few names: Esra who helped us during ou depart and before our arrival, Tolga who gave us some good tips and was very patient via WhatsApp with our questions, Thuta for his friendly smile and service during breakfast. We got a nice video from Servet who allowed me to play a song from our wedding, he was cheering us to dance, and made the video, a lovely memory! …. Some important information, first we thought the hotel was very far from everything, we were taking uber, then we learned to take the buses , there is also transport from the Hotel to Taksim and back, we used that a lot, and we discovered a lovely area very chick, near the Hotel, with shopping mall, art galleries and restaurants a few meters after crossing the bridge. So the location is great! You only need to know those tips. We loved it! The gym we used every 2 days and after day we went for a nice swim, some days we have these facilities for ourselves. Food was delicious!

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Piyalepaşa Istanbul for 3 days and were extremely satisfied. It was already our third stay at this hotel, and once again everything was perfect. The staff at the reception truly made our stay special – a big thank you to Melek, Kerem, and Emre for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. They were always helpful and welcoming, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel is comfortable, modern, and very well managed. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
