Gillygate Guest House

The room was ideally located for us and the fact we had a ground floor room was perfect.

Pretty much everything. Amazing location. Free parking. Very clean rooms

The location to the city centre. Free parking a bonus. Reasonably priced for York city centre location. Room, warm, clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again

Staff, location, size of room

Overnight stay Good for visit Owner was very helpful

On site parking and within walking distance of the centre of York. We were able to park at the property in the morning, even though booking in time was 2p.m. Also, we were given the choice of 2 rooms, and the key to our room which meant that we didn’t have to return for 2p.m.

Mark was super helpful and couldn't do enough to make my stay stress-free

The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable and the on suit bathroom was very smart. They was parking to the rear. And the location was only a few minutes walk to the minster and various attractions that York as too offer.

Very convenient as right in the city centre and there was parking.

Location was great. Mark was super helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay a great one.
