Hedley House Hotel & Apartments

Hotel staff were very friendly and accomidating. Very clean room, and decorated to a high standard. Good selection of items for breakfast. Great location, roughly a 10 minute walk to the city centre

Warm welcome, less than 10 minutes walk to the city center, the hotel has parking, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Thanks

Massive comfy bed, large walk in shower and we had a bath as well. Breakfast great, decor cool and they have a hit tub.

Good facilities and the staff/owners where very welcoming will definitely use again

Very pleasant staff, great location and parking. No hot water in the room but was rectified efficiently with a change of room.

The location is ideal . The rooms are spacious and clean . Plenty of car parking spaces .

Very central. Very clean.

Great find. Handy for the city and lovely spa and jacuzzi. Outdoor garden area would be lovely in the summer. Evening meal was lovely and great value.

Great location, close to the centre of York. Decorated very nicely. Small bar available. Everything you could need in the room. Nice en-suite. Lady on reception was lovely, very friendly and personable.

Close to town Very welcoming Clean and tidy Amenities available

Superb, stayed in room 8. A fantastic gesture from the hosts. Thank you.

Lovely hotel and staff. Room was a nice size and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff could not have been any nicer! They looked after my mother and I perfectly. The room we stayed in (50) was spotless, with all amenities we needed, including a kitchen. We had a door to the garden just by our room, if we wanted to sit outside. We were treated to a gorgeous breakfast daily, made to order and even had it in our room one day. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were made to feel relaxed and comfortable all weekend. The location is great for walking to town or for a stroll through the museum gardens.

Clean and comfortable Perfect location

Fantastic shower and bath.

Absolutely lovely place . Great care and hospitality . Rooms great and very comfortable

Everything’s was great. We were on the top floor and it was really quiet. We were ok with the steps so no problems at all. Staff were really friendly and the smell of baking cookies on a morning was great. Thanks for a great stay
