Malmaison York

Cleanliness, polite staff , good location, room size

Location was great. Very clean. Really comfortable bed and a very quiet room (overlooked the Grand Hotel next door) considering pretty close to busy road. Rooftop bar was nice (outside closed as cold!) but lovely cocktail (not cheap of course). Breakfast was very good. All staff very pleasant. Rooms have a quirky layout so bit different from the norm. Nicely decorated although I find it a bit dark.

Loved the sky bar and the location.

Very central location, spacious trims and an excellent breakfast

The staff, the location, the food and drink!

Close to train station Big family suites Requests were met

Excellent location, good room, attentive reception and super breakfast. Great value for money.

A Lovely hotel in the perfect spot to access York and all it has to offer. I can't fault the staff - they were very welcoming and so helpful answering my many questions. The room was very modern, which isn't usually my taste, but it was really comfortable and cosy. The breakfast which was included in our booking was lovely! There was the choice of hot food from a menu which I love as I'm not a fan of the whole buffet style breakfast. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again when visiting York.

The location is excellent, 10 minute walk from all the major attractions. The family suite is huge and well appointed.

Clean, reception staff very friendly. Great location.
