Mercure Istanbul Bomonti

Breakfast was very very good. Ambience was also really good

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and eager to assist. My room was spacious and well-maintained. Although I had originally booked a standard room with a balcony, I was pleasantly upgraded to a suite at no additional cost — a gesture I truly appreciated. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the cleaning lady Ms. Fatima, for her outstanding service and cheerful demeanor. I am also grateful to Ms. Elayda, who provided invaluable assistance throughout my stay. Their efforts greatly contributed to making my experience memorable.

Location very good. Room size good. I was upgraded to Suite Room which i highly appreciated. Staff nice. I really appreciate that by the time of my check out i was approached by Ilayda, Customer Relations Manager and i was asked about my stay, i could tell her what can be improved in my opinion, what was good, what was less good, she received the feedback in a very positive way.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff are very kind, and everything was kept very clean.

We really liked the hotel’s great location, the helpful and friendly staff, and the fact that it was very clean.

it was nice clean hotel, location was far from TAXSIM AREA.

Location and the staff friendly

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was really good with different varieties and also very fresh. It was very good experience for us.

The kindness of the stuff

Quiet place and very helpful staff

It was very clean and the ambiance was elegant. I requested for a room at a higher floor and not so noisy and they took great care of my request. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Good location also.

Staff is definitely the best thing I liked about my stay

Clean and neat hotel, it needs 10 minutes walk to teach the metro.
