My stay at Mercure Istanbul Bomonti was overall excellent. The hotel is in a great location — close to many attractions and restaurants. I’m grateful for the room upgrade and truly impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by all staff. Room service was prompt, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and effortless.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and eager to assist. My room was spacious and well-maintained. Although I had originally booked a standard room with a balcony, I was pleasantly upgraded to a suite at no additional cost — a gesture I truly appreciated. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the cleaning lady Ms. Fatima, for her outstanding service and cheerful demeanor. I am also grateful to Ms. Elayda, who provided invaluable assistance throughout my stay. Their efforts greatly contributed to making my experience memorable.

Location very good. Room size good. I was upgraded to Suite Room which i highly appreciated. Staff nice. I really appreciate that by the time of my check out i was approached by Ilayda, Customer Relations Manager and i was asked about my stay, i could tell her what can be improved in my opinion, what was good, what was less good, she received the feedback in a very positive way.
