Wow!! Everything about No 15 is exceptional, it exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be returning.

Wondereful staff, very friendly and helpful

The No. 15 was truly a pleasant and unique experience. The luggage pick-up service from the train station is an excellent idea that allowed us to enjoy Bath from the minute we arrived. The breakfast was amazing. Only a few items were in the buffet area (delicious home-made mueslis, fruit juices and water) but then you could order a hearty breakfast from a comprehensive menu. Our room was large, comfortable and had these quirky and unusual touches like a vinyl player and an old-fashioned radio that made the stay fun and original. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were organic and free from sulphates and silicone. The massages were also a pleasant experience, with the staff listening to our needs. The building itself is an example of quintessential Bath Georgian architecture, which adds to the Bath experience. The short walk from the hotel to the city centre is quite easy and enjoyable.

The room was quiet, very comfortable, not 100 degrees like a lot of hotel rooms, great service, friendly staff.

This is a beautiful property and well located to walk into central Bath. We loved the pantry and the bar area is also lovely. Everyone that works here is really friendly and helpful. I had a spa treatment during my stay and can honestly say, it was one of the best full body massages I’ve ever had.
