Location is great. About 13-15 mins walk from Waverly, and despite the uphill, the location is superb! There’s also a nearby station that will take you to Old Town in case walking is too much for you. Also, the porter is such a big help!! There were no stairs in the property, and we our room was at the 3rd floor. We bumped into the porter both as we were checking in and checking out and he was amazing! He carried 2 bags of 25kg each as if it was nothing. He was such a big help. Very kind and accommodating!

great location nicely in the centre so just need to walk, modern room, the complete absence of onsite staff was a bit weird, but the communication through booking was okay, also appreciated being able to store luggage upon arrival and before departure

Comfy bed, nice bathroom, coffee and tea in the room. Location is 5 mins walk from tram stop Princess Street. Nice restaurants right next to hotel.

The layout and decor was excellent and the unit was spacious. Kitchen was well designed with more than expected in it. I enjoyed being at the top of the building and not having any close neighbours. As there is no lift all the steps can be challenging with luggage however the porter was superb and deserves a medal! There are facilities close by for leaving luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in. Location is brilliant as it is within walking distance of all the tourist hotspots and the transport links.

Amazing little suite! Clean with a fresh, calming decor. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Ideal for a couple or people wanting to make their own meals, as there are good kitchen facilities. This suite is at the top of the building, so travel light or start training now. The guest house has a porter you can contact. Close to the train station.

The hotel is in a lovely part of the New Town. There are many restaurants in the area and good access to the Old Town too. The room was snug but comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Location was perfect. No noise. Nespresso machine in the room. Room a good size and a step in shower. Very comfortable beds.

The apartment was beautiful and all the room facilities were great. Couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms but had the whole top floor. Extra points for our room being available early so no need to store our bags. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful. Location was perfect, just a 15 min walk to the castle and to Stockbridge. Also an extremely good price on the dates we were there compared to other properties.. Had a fantastic stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
