Gorgeous period property, cute little bedroom for a single traveller with good amenities.

Lovely warm welcome from Casey, who showed us round, we had a private room on the outskirts of the building which was peaceful, the location was spot on for walking into Bath and the room was modern and felt luxurious. Breakfast was excellent.

Casey the lady who welcomed me was truly fabulous. What a wicked sense of humour - knew exactly what I needed and helped me get checked in quickly and walked through everything with me like the wifi, layout etc - but it was her charisma that made the visit so wonderful

Our bedroom and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and neatly well served. We did have to ask for a second sausage, as well and two eggs. Friendly and helpful staff,

I loved the atmosphere: authentic English house

Loved the room design and the mattress was comfy and firm. Small ensuite but perfect for needs. Shower was great with a wide rainfall head and a solid ceramic stand. The bar room was a fab design and the breakfast room light and beautiful with great views. Breakfast is the extra cost but well worth it. Parking is an extra cost but again worth it for the off-road parking. Little touches like a glass bottle of spring water, chocolates on the pillow and the welcome note made the stay unique. If we had more time I would have stayed another night to enjoy the garden. The walk into Bath was about 10 minutes. One hill but not a problem even at 58😁

Staff friendly and nothing too much trouble

The staff was fantastic - Alexandra n check-in and Jasmine on checkout. The room was great - awesome bathroom in Room 18. Close enough to city - 10-15 minute walk
