Pulteney House

This property was fantastic. We had the room with the kitchenette. All the conveniences we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is an easy walk into Bath and all to see.

I liked the fact that it was a 7min walk to town.

Excellent location, walking distance to many important locations in Bath's historic center. No breakfast provided, but the room has a well equipped kitchen including fridge. Pleasant outlook, comfortable room, helpful personnel.

Location first class Very clean and John the host was authentically fabulous!

Welcoming staff. . Comfortable bed., good location

Convenience of location meant that we didn't need to use the car. Close to canal and skyline walk when you need to get out of the city. A delightful host, would definitely stay again.

Nice house

The place was lovely and the staff too. If you want to stay in a charming house that reminds you of English culture, this is the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pulteney House—a charming and welcoming home just a short walk from Bath’s city centre and the iconic Pulteney Bridge. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; we were able to walk everywhere, from historic sites- the Royal Crescent/the Circus, & tea rooms, without ever needing transport. The staff were wonderfully attentive and responsive whenever we needed anything. They even stayed up late when we arrived to get us situated. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with a wardrobe that made unpacking and organizing a breeze. The remodeled bathroom was a standout—spotlessly clean and easily the most pristine we’ve encountered in our travels. One of our favorite touches was the in-room refreshment tray, complete with a kettle and a generous selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits.

It was a lovely king superior room. The facilities were excellent and it was only 0.5 km from Bath- we walked everywhere….and we were given a parking spot …
