Excellent location, walking distance to many important locations in Bath's historic center. No breakfast provided, but the room has a well equipped kitchen including fridge. Pleasant outlook, comfortable room, helpful personnel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pulteney House—a charming and welcoming home just a short walk from Bath’s city centre and the iconic Pulteney Bridge. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; we were able to walk everywhere, from historic sites- the Royal Crescent/the Circus, & tea rooms, without ever needing transport. The staff were wonderfully attentive and responsive whenever we needed anything. They even stayed up late when we arrived to get us situated. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with a wardrobe that made unpacking and organizing a breeze. The remodeled bathroom was a standout—spotlessly clean and easily the most pristine we’ve encountered in our travels. One of our favorite touches was the in-room refreshment tray, complete with a kettle and a generous selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits.
