taksim diamond hotel

The hotel was comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and there was water available.

I liked the service and the people here are lovely it's close to most of the places

The location is GREAT if you like shopping and the taksim area. It's pretty down from the shopping street so you will be taking the tramway to Fatih and be there in 10min by public transport or 20min if you prefer to walk. Our bathroom which was tiny had a great shower. The bed and cushions were super comfy. I always slept like a baby! The staff is very helpful and very nice. They always offered free water and tea.

Very good services and very friendly

The staff were very kind, professional, and responsible. The location is excellent.

We are returning guests. The check-in and check out was handled flexibly. The receptionists were nice, helpful. We could easily understand each other in Englisch.
