Location and staff.

Zara 9.0

Staff and location. Hotel is very close to Istiklal St, one of the main hubs with major tourist attractions. Unlike other Istanbul areas, it’s flat and you can get busy for hours just around the hotel. Staff were very kind. 24/7 staff supervision at the front door.

Asefeh 9.0

The reception was very friendly. Tea and water were available 24 hours a day for free. The location was excellent.

Laith 8.0

I liked the service and the people here are lovely it's close to most of the places

Salima 8.0

The location is GREAT if you like shopping and the taksim area. It's pretty down from the shopping street so you will be taking the tramway to Fatih and be there in 10min by public transport or 20min if you prefer to walk. Our bathroom which was tiny had a great shower. The bed and cushions were super comfy. I always slept like a baby! The staff is very helpful and very nice. They always offered free water and tea.
