آراء الضيوف

Anne 9.0

Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Jasmin 9.0

I especially liked the location. It was very near (a mere 2-minute walk) to Paddington Station and had numerous shops and restaurants nearby. If you need last minute souvenirs, there are a few choices just across the street. The room itself was comfortable and sufficient for the two of us.

Aoife 8.0

Really good Clean Rooms a little small

Cosmas 9.0

The staff were very friendly and helpful where need arises.

Basil 8.0

The location was great, easy to find and ideal if you want to see a lot in the city. Easy to travel around and not too noisy. The entrance was beautiful too. (We didn’t opt in for breakfast so no comment on that). The staff was also very kind as I had something delivered prior to my stay and they kept it until I was there. They were very helpful and always assisted in any matter. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around too, so you don’t have to travel far if you wished to grab a quick bite in the evening. It was also very close to the train station.

Beynon-lewis 9.0

The staff are amazingly helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean and well presented.

Anthony 9.0

We did not receive room service on our third day so we did not have clean towels or toilet paper and had to go to desk to request these...

Elina 9.0

House keeping was friendly and very efficient, it was great to see the job well done every day. Comfortable beds and towels also earn credit as they were super soft.

Javi 8.0

Extremely close to Paddington Station. Comfortable bed. Water restocked every morning.
