Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly.

I especially liked the location. It was very near (a mere 2-minute walk) to Paddington Station and had numerous shops and restaurants nearby. If you need last minute souvenirs, there are a few choices just across the street. The room itself was comfortable and sufficient for the two of us.

The location was great, easy to find and ideal if you want to see a lot in the city. Easy to travel around and not too noisy. The entrance was beautiful too. (We didn’t opt in for breakfast so no comment on that). The staff was also very kind as I had something delivered prior to my stay and they kept it until I was there. They were very helpful and always assisted in any matter. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around too, so you don’t have to travel far if you wished to grab a quick bite in the evening. It was also very close to the train station.

We did not receive room service on our third day so we did not have clean towels or toilet paper and had to go to desk to request these...
