The staff were lovely
Great breakfast. Helpful friendly staff!
Friendly, comfortable, clean homely hotel close to the Minster, centre & attractions. Staff very accommodating, helpful & chatty with constant smiles invoking a lovely atmosphere. Very reasonably priced bar. Breakfast choice was impressive & the food was very tasty. The Minster Hotel supports their their community using lovely locally sourced produce which added to it's appeal. Nothing was too much for the staff. We were very happy with our stay & look forward to returning. Don't miss out on this gem.
Most things! Location, room, breakfast
Room was comfortable and clean, location absolutely fantastic. I was able to leave my car at the hotel's car park prior to check in time. A lady at the reception very friendly and helpful (arrival and morning next day). Staff at the restaurant very nice and attentive, breakfast very, very good.
excellent breakfast options. room very clean. superb location for city centre.
Great location, with onsite parking
Really great team of people, made to feel very welcome and friendly. The restaurant staff were and should be singled out as they were brilliant as were the front of house team. We would definitely stay again.
Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast servers were excellent and made us feel spoiled. Room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet even though it is a fairly big hotel and near the town centre.
Staff very friendly Close to all amenities
Excellent hotel for a night or the weekend. Rooms are very spacious and ample parking. Location is great as well, only 10mins walk away from the town centre and you've also got a supermarket across the street. Staff are very helpful.
Excellent hotel. Front desk extremely helpful. Breakfast staff service with a smile.
Very friendly staff Clean and comfortable
Location was perfect for the city centre. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help especially Stuart.
I have never met such a friendly, welcoming staff in any other hotel. They all, without exception, had a smile and a cheery word of welcome. The room was spacious, warm, and clean and the breakfast was very good, freshly cooked to order.
