Location was perfect for our trip Very reasonable price Staff always friendly Nice size rooms Plenty of storage space

We needed somewhere quiet and comfortable for a couple of nights and this hotel fitted the bill well. Despite being on a busy road it was quiet and other residents were respectful unlike some hotels where people are noisy late at night. It is near to tourist hotspots and transport links. Breakfast was okay - could be more interesting. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Clean, comfortable and for the location in London good value.

Good, only blemish on stay was told only scrambled eggs, had to pay extra for a fried egg. Pretty poor as wife doesn't eat scrambled.

Location was great, the room was fine. Bathroom really tiny and could be freshen up a bit but in all it fine.

The location of the Rockwell is very convenient both for the museums and the tube stations. My room was clean, cosy and comfortable. I like the 24 hour reception desk. I’ve stayed here on many occasions and always do when I’m in London. Recommend.

Having to get up a spiral staircase at my grand old age is not easy.

Location is great. Pleasant accommodating staff. My room was very clean and cosy and I felt very comfortable and safe. I like the security of the 24 hour reception desk. The Rockwell is always my go to hotel when I’m in London.

Staff very friendly and the bed was very comfortable

Location was great - just a short walk from Earl's Court station. Good to have 24-hours reception, which allowed us to stow away our luggage after checkout, so that we can roam around London until it is time to take our late-night train. The staff was friendly too.

Nice location

The cost/capability ratio was fair. The building is very beautiful, the furniture is older but of very good quality, hot water immediately, friendly and helpful staff, decent dinner in the room.
