Amazing value for such a stylish and comfortable hotel

My single room was a good size, there was plenty of storage, a good size bed and a very acceptable bathroom. It met my needs very well, including the breakfast and having an open restaurant most evenings. The location is ideal for Kensington, the Royal Albert Hall, the museums, underground etc. It’s not part of a chain so it was professional but friendly.

Nice very Kensington (or London) type hotel with good location, some interesting interior and my room behind the fire escape door, which was quite fun. Close proximity to some of the key underground stations was also quite important.

We needed somewhere quiet and comfortable for a couple of nights and this hotel fitted the bill well. Despite being on a busy road it was quiet and other residents were respectful unlike some hotels where people are noisy late at night. It is near to tourist hotspots and transport links. Breakfast was okay - could be more interesting. Staff were efficient and friendly.

The location of the Rockwell is very convenient both for the museums and the tube stations. My room was clean, cosy and comfortable. I like the 24 hour reception desk. I’ve stayed here on many occasions and always do when I’m in London. Recommend.

Location is great. Pleasant accommodating staff. My room was very clean and cosy and I felt very comfortable and safe. I like the security of the 24 hour reception desk. The Rockwell is always my go to hotel when I’m in London.

Location was great - just a short walk from Earl's Court station. Good to have 24-hours reception, which allowed us to stow away our luggage after checkout, so that we can roam around London until it is time to take our late-night train. The staff was friendly too.

The cost/capability ratio was fair. The building is very beautiful, the furniture is older but of very good quality, hot water immediately, friendly and helpful staff, decent dinner in the room.
