The landlady and landlord are very welcoming and friendly, can't do enough for you. We had a wonderful room with a lovely view and there was a fabulous hospitality tray with cakes too. It was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and there is plenty of parking in its own grounds. The breakfasts are fab, lots to choose from.I would definitely recommend this lovely B&B
English breakfast was delicious!
Location was good, accommodation good, cleanliness was excellent and staff very good
Warm welcome.
Hilary and Paul, made us most welcome, they exceptional hosts.
We had a small but very cosy room. It had a great view out of a big window. Although on a main street it was totally silent. The hosts Paul and Hilary were absolutely lovely and gave us a warm welcome and soma great talks in the morning. Breakfast was also really good and because it was included, my wife and me concluded that it had so far the best value for money.
Property was beautiful was 5 miles from town centre room was very spacious and had all the facilities needed and extra Hilary and Paul fantastic hosts

made to feel very welcome, lovely B&B
Loved everything. Beautiful decor. Hosts went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Great location for short bus trip into centre of York. Amazing breakfast menu.
Lovely and quiet
Really experienced hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Lovely tea and scones on arrival served in the guest lounge. Beautiful breakfast cooked to order, and they did a wonderful job catering to our gluten-free requirements. The bus stop is only 2 mins walk from the guest house into York city.
I had a very good stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is a few miles south of York, but there is a bus, the 415, that stops outside the house that will take you into the middle of the city. All was very good.
Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location.
A perfect spot for easy travel into York.the bus only took 20 minutes to the centre of York
