Rates set for your agency
Rates agreed for your agency per product (hotel, flight, tour, transfer) are applied to prices automatically.
Net rate or agency commission
Choose at the payment step of each booking: pay the discounted net price, or pay the normal price and collect the agency commission in your wallet.
A screen you can show the customer
Enter your own markup as a percentage and prices appear with it for your customer. One click on the eye icon hides your cost. The markup is shown on screen only, never charged.
Sub-agents and exports
Add sub-agents from your panel and see their bookings; you manage and pay them. Export reservations and wallet history to Excel or CSV.
Vouchers without your cost
Give your customer a voucher carrying your agency's name, with your marked-up price or no price at all, never your cost.
How it works
Apply
Fill in the form with your company name, tax details and contact details. TÜRSAB licence number and IBAN are optional.
Approval
We review your application and e-mail you once it is approved, with your agency's rates set.
Start selling
Log in and search the site as usual: prices reflect your agency, and you complete the booking with your customer's details.
Directory integration: Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta
For larger agency teams: connect Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. Staff added in your directory join your main agency automatically, leavers lose access, and staff sign in with their company account (SSO) or a password.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to apply?
Your company legal name, tax office and tax number, address, a contact person, e-mail and phone. A TÜRSAB licence number and an IBAN are optional.
What is the difference between the net rate and agency commission?
With the net rate, your agency's discount comes off the amount you pay. With agency commission, you pay the normal price and the same rate is credited to your wallet; it becomes available once the payment is taken. You choose separately on every booking.
When is agency commission paid out?
Your wallet balance is paid weekly by bank transfer, each currency separately. Agency commission on a cancelled booking is reversed.
Can my customer see my cost?
No. You can add your own markup to the prices on screen and hide your cost with one click, and the voucher you hand over never shows your cost.
Can I add sub-agents?
Yes. A main agency adds its sub-agents from the panel. Sub-agents book with the main agency's rates, their agency commission is credited to the main agency's wallet, and the main agency settles with them.
Can I manage agency staff through Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta?
Yes. Staff added in your directory join your main agency automatically; staff deactivated or deleted there lose access within seconds with Entra ID and Okta, within 10 minutes with Google Workspace.
Can agency staff sign in with SSO?
Yes, with their Microsoft, Google or Okta account (OpenID Connect) or with a password. Your IT team sets it up from the panel's Integration tab.
