Convenient clean comfortable
Cosy room good location
great owner, most friendly and helpful great kitchen and lounge area: new, clean, quiet: perfect!
Very well decorated and confortable room. Kitchen and living room with all facilities. 15 min walk to city center. It's located near a street with lots of restaurants and cafes
Breakfast always ready, nice choice, well organized. The chef was amazing, food quality & preparation came as a very pleasant surprise. Seafoof oustanding, beef was superb, actually everything prepared was beyond expectation
Lovely room. Quite small but well planned. Very comfy bed and the best pillows we’ve ever slept on. Close to city center and tram stop. Nice area. Very fresh kitchen downstairs with coffee and other bits and pieces.
Cosy guest house with easy self-check in. The room was modern and the bathroom was excellent. Whole place was and felt clean, definitely would book again on my next visit.
Arrived in Edinburgh for the first time and was able to drop my luggage off early and then head out to see the city. The location was perfect - easy to find and conveniently located, but not too close to the busyness of the main tourist attractions. Loved the purple door and hanging flower baskets! My room was very clean and the decor attractive. I was impressed by the downstairs kitchen area and lounge. So clean! Wondering now how I can update my kitchen … Loved the vibrant decor and artwork. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully designed and decorated. I wish I had had more time to enjoy the back garden. Did I mention that the bed was super comfortable (maybe some jet leg?) Online communication was excellent, and the cleaner friendly and helpful, especially since a few of us wanted to store our luggage a little longer. Chatted with folks at the library across the street and also discovered the Museum of Scottish Fire Heritage, neither of which I would have visited if I hadn’t been in the area. Ate breakfast at the recommended Brunswick Book Club, where the service was delightful and the salmon eggs Benedict delicious.
Easiness of the check in, space in the room and close to the trams to reach down town Edinburgh or airport.
We loved the interior design and comfort of the hotel and the room we occupied. We have stayed before, a couple of years ago and whilst we were disappointed that you no longer do breakfasts, we were also delighted with your recommendation of the Brunswick book house, and access to kitchen facilities
Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and exceptional location.
it was perfect ..
Amazing room and kitchen area . Communication was excellent .
Perfect location. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything needed. The kitchen and common room were amazing and fully equipped too!
Breakfast isn't served at the guest house but there is a beautiful, clean, modern kitchen in the basement where you can help yourself to fresh coffee and cereal. There's a lovely dining area also. If you brought bread you can make toast and there's a cooker and hob that you could use if you had the ingredients. There's also a garden area that you can sit in but I didn't see any seat cushions which would be an added bonus. I thought the kitchen/dining space was a lovely addition for the stay.
Everything. The room decor and size, the garden, the kitchen available for all to use fully equipped and with light snacks. The service offered by Ollie. One of the best accommodation I've been at.
Very clean, beautiful TV which doesn't stick out too much, very comfy bed and easy self-check-in.
Location was perfect.
Lovely personal touches, Scottish products in the bathroom, comfortable bed, lovely bedding
Very clean
