The area was very nice, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Sina, who was very helpful and guided us throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time there!

The staff was really nice especially the day we had to leave in the morning by taxi the 2 people in the morning were amazing and helpfully ordering the taxi at a reasonable price and gave a lunch box take away. Really good price to comfort ratio.

The hotel is well located. It has good breakfast. The guy at the reception was strange, it think maybe he didn't mean to be rude, it was just his lack of English. Overall the place was fine.

Had a lovey friendly feel with staff very willing to help. Within walking distance of lovely cafes with great coffee. Especially close is book shop with a cafe. We changed rooms to middle of hotel from the back due to the noise in the street at night so if a light sleeper request a quiet room. They were very happy to move us.

I wanna say thanks to Yusuf and Mehmet for helping me during my stay, there is an issue on toilet, as it was leakage but they are fixing, I was appreciated very much to Yusuf for how he deal the booking and cater my needs as well as help my grandma to assist kodus to u Yusuf, also I am thankful to alice the therapist who do a good job to massage our tired and stress day at tulip rose who also working with the same company own by tulip city, pera rose and tulip rose Much love see u soon,I definitely back xoxo

The location is perfect very close to metro, taksim sq, galata tower istiklal st just with few steps. There are plenty of cafe, bars and restaurants with very nice alleys. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive especially Mr.Jihan It was our second stay here
