It is a big and luxurious hotel with spacious and clean rooms.I really liked the decoration and tha spa area..The breakfast was classified of variety and high quality.Tja staff was very kind and helpful.As far as the location it was at the best point especially for first timers.

As always, I have preferred to stay at Divan for my business trips. Being located right in the heart of Istanbul’s busiest business district, it offers excellent transportation connections. The calming atmosphere of the hotel and its rooms, along with the outstanding hospitality shown by every single member of the staff, make you feel welcome, warm, and at home.

The reception desk lady helped us for an early check-in. The hotel upgraded our room for free. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help. Location was great and just 3 minutes walk to Taksim square. The room was spottless, big enough and comfortable. I liked the memory foam pillow a lot. The number of staff was sufficient so a staff was ready to help in a blink of an eye. Room service was so quick and acceptable.
