Perfect location next to Galata and main shopping street. Next to metro for convenience. Really good breakfast spread. Most of all, the customer service was unsurpassed breaking all scales especially Ugur who was professional, courteous and sincere. The location was great for getting to both the old town and the new town. Close to the Galata tower and galata bridge, with lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas. Walking distance to the main shopping area of Istiklal Street. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room had a large comfy bed, a sitting area, and a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was buffet style, and there was a variety of both hot and cold foods. The onsite coffee shop was great to stop in for a hot drink after long days of sightseeing. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, especially the reception staff who were helpful in all aspects of our stay, organising tours and taxis, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Chucky the cat was a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to others or to stay again next time we visit Istanbul.

This hotel has definitely made it onto my list of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Everything about it is truly top-notch. I could write pages of praise for the staff — they genuinely deserve the very best. The front desk team is amazing, with an exceptional level of professionalism. The hotel is spotless, and the restaurant upstairs is a must-visit at least once in your life — what a view! When such outstanding staff, a perfect location, and breathtaking scenery come together, true perfection emerges. Don’t be misled by a few negative comments from people with “apart experiences” — just book this hotel without hesitation! You’ll understand exactly what I mean. Thank you, Daru Sultan team!

The view during the day and at night was a highlight as was the service.Ugur and others helped on many occasions,booking restaurants nearby we would never have found, directions to transport and so much else, all with a smile.We really enjoyed our stay and these guys just made it so much easier

This was our first visit to Istanbul. The hotel was conveniently located in Beyoğlu, close to public transport (bus/train). The room we had was great with a wonderful view across Istanbul. Hotel staff were excellent, always available and helpful. A great hotel and one we’d happily recommend.
