Location was great near to everything cafes, restaurants, atm. Staff was very hospitable and kind especially Kerim. He did the extra mile by helping us on our private day tour, and even gave us complimentary sandwiches and coffee when we arrived. He even gave us complimentary sandwiches the day we had to leave early morning for our local flight to Izmir. Customer service at finest! 😁

The hotel is perfectly located to the main shopping street of Istanbul. While the street is very noisy, hotel's windows perfectly protect from the noise and we were able to sleep quite well at night. Our room also had a small balcony which we really enjoyed. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom had everything we needed. Also, the hotel runs in cooperation with a cafe next door, so they provide you with complementary coffee upon arrival, which was very nice. The staff was also very fiendly and helped us a lot.

The location was very convenient. The staff were very helpful especially when we had a problem getting from the hotel to the airport, due to a sports' fiesta and the closure of the road outside our hotel.

great location, nice "old style" decoration of the hotel with all necessary amenities. nice staff there is downstairs a coffee place belonging to the hotel, which is a good place to have a drink during the day

Hotel Location is Perfect.... Staff was Amazing... really Amazing and polite Hotel Decore and Style was also beautiful... the only downside i thought was the Room sizes... the room is one big bed 😅

The location is perfect if you want to be near the vibrant nightlife of Istanbul. The hotel is close to the main shopping street. We took the metro from the airport to Taksim sqare, from there it was a short walk to the hotel, you xan also take the metro to Shishane. Easy walk to Galata Bridge as well. We were greeted with a free coffee and breakfast is on the top floor , nice selection of food...gets you ready for the day.

Kerim at reception is amazing. Just made the whole stay excellent. The hotel is located just next to Isteklal and the rooms are comfortable.

The location is perfect, right in Taksim. The breakfast is very good; however, the choices are repetitive every day, so keep that in mind. The staff was good, and we really liked them. The atmosphere in the hotel is stunning, like in the books of Agatha Christie. Generally, despite some minor issues, we really loved the hotel for the price offered. We will definitely come back.
