From the very first moments the staff make us feel welcome. Firstly we arrived two and a half hours before the check in, and they gave us our room just 20 minutes later. They offered welcome coffe, and gave us useful informations about the city, (hot spots , tram stations atc). The breakfast wasn't so big but it was fairly good with everything necessary. ( eggs, ham and cheese, juices, fruits ...). Also the bathroom is amazing with hot water all the day and the above all, the bed was so comfortable. Thank you guys!

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was not really my taste but it satisfied me enough. Free water and cleaning every day. The location is super central... Less than 10 mins away walking to Taksim. Also many shops around the place.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was one of the biggest highlights—just a short walk to Istiklal Street, which made it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Even though the hotel is situated on a bit of a slope, it wasn’t too difficult to manage and the proximity to everything more than made up for it. The area felt safe and lively, and it was easy to get around on foot or by public transport. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a central base in Istanbul!

First of all I would like to express my gratitude to the young man at the reception who found a room for me two hours before the official check-in time as I was really exhausted after unpleasant and risky landing of my flight. The room was clean and there were good blackout curtains in there, so that I could sleep during the day. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of products. The location seems also perfect to me as it is very close to the Havabus stop, besides it is within the Taxim area with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities.

Always a great place to stay! This was a return visit as we know from past experience that the staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfats is amazing, the proximity to the airport buses (for both IST and SAW) is excellent - less than 5 minutes' walk - and the rooms, especially at the back of the hotel, are extremely quiet and relaxing. The a/c works well for those hot Istanbul temperatures, and the price is right. An excellent choice!
