Close to everything, clean

The location is both good and bad. The proximity to İstiklal Street makes access to popular tourist places a breeze. The staff are lovely. The room was clean when I arrived.

Great position, clean, staff friendly and VERY HELPFUL! You have strictly necessary in the room and around full of opportunities. The staff was very helpful to make up our plans for sightseeing, trips, visits. We got lot of tips regarding transportation , prices and...everything. Any "small" issues were solved urgently. Breakfast simple but efficient. Little bit crowded for elevator if you are not "early bird". Room service was great. Thank you Nehal for the great support! Definitely will come again.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The location could not be more central – you literally step out from the reception and find yourself right in the beating heart of Istanbul. The staff were beyond amazing: incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, sociable, full of empathy, and always ready to assist or offer excellent advice for exploring the city. The perfect balance of tasteful luxury and chic minimalism made the atmosphere both stylish and extremely comfortable.

A Truly Wonderful Experience – Feels Like Home Everything about my stay was super clean and well-organized, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again this Sunday. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed — it wasn’t just a check-in, but a warm and personal interaction, with little touches like a simple “How are you doing?” that made all the difference. I especially want to mention the older woman at the front desk — she truly is the heart of the hotel. She made me feel right at home, like a caring “mama” figure. Her friendliness, warmth, and golden heart left a lasting impression on me. To the owner or manager: I truly hope you read this — she is an absolute gem and a huge asset to your business.
