The location is fantastic, although the best thing is the treatment received by all the staff.

The staff were exceptional — so friendly and welcoming, every single one of them. The facility was spotless and cleaned daily, which made the experience even better.

Excellent hotel! We spent a week here and everything was perfect. The staff are absolutely lovely — so friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. They even surprised us with a birthday treat: a bottle of wine on the hotel’s secret rooftop with a stunning view of the city. The location is great — there are plenty of restaurants nearby, the metro is a 7-minute walk away, and you can reach the ferry and tram in about 15 minutes on foot. There are also many bus stops close by. The hotel is really clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located next to a main road, so some traffic noise can be heard, though it varies depending on the room.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly, polite and always willing to help with anything we needed. The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still relaxing. We truly felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout our entire stay. We all thank you for everything! Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

The hotel is great for a short stay in Istanbul! Everything you may need is provided here, starting from a polite staff to nice rooms. The owner of the hotel welcomed us and even suggested an upgrade for our room. A big underground car park called Şişhane Katlı Otopark is just 2-3 minutes walking from the hotel and the location is simply perfect with everything you may need within reaching distance.

I like everything about this place, the location, the view from the rooms and the thing that was exceptionally excellent was the staff, everyone who works there as well as the owner are the best people you’ll ever meet.

Staff were around day and night and even booked my taxi on departure, which made things easy. The room was clean with a proper desk, and having an on-site cafe/market run by the team made grabbing coffee or a snack effortless. Location is clutch—an easy walk to Galata Tower/İstiklal and quick access to metro/tram, so getting around Istanbul is simple.

What can I say... What a trip, what a team ! I couldn't expect a better place to stay for my first trip in Istanbul, it was wonderful. The hotel itself is perfect: nice coffee shop at the front, the rooms are cozy, well equiped, super clean (the cleaning team is doing a fantastic job), the beds are absolutely super comfortable, the room itself is super well isolated (you know this city never sleeps, but I slept in peace). The whole staff is awesome, they don't just provide you a service, they're really there for you to have the best experience possible. Special mention to Eray and Rana, one of the most sweet, caring and lovable people I met in Istanbul. The location is ideal: 2 minutes walk from Galata Tower, 10 minutes from Karaköy, 30 minutes from Sultanahmet and 20-25 minutes from Istiklal street and Taksim Square, on top of being in front of Bosphorus. I think it doesn't get any better than that. But if you're not really a big walker, the metro/subway is also a few minutes away, another plus point. And don't get me started on the price, the value for money of the hotel is one of the best I've seen, not only in Istanbul, but anywhere. I reached a point where when I'm in Istanbul, I couldn't see myself staying somewhere else, just for the atmosphere, the location, the quality of the service and last but not least, the people !
