A great location in Istanbul - you can easily walk to many sites and there is also a tram stop nearby to venture further. The breakfast was amazing - so many items to choose from even when it was really busy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and perfect for a few nights in Istanbul. Otherwise it's great. The pool on the roof is cool but they play really LOUD music so just be aware it's more of a 'party' vibe than a relaxing pool area.

The hotel is located in a good area next to metro,tram and buses connecting you to the main attractions. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed . The bathroom was also big, with good water pressure in the shower . The breakfast area was spacious and never crowded (the best part ). The variety of food at the buffet was also good with fresh items. Coffee was very rich and tasty . The team was helpful with the request I made for my husband. I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Istanbul,I'll stay here again.

The facility was cute. It felt a bit older but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the morning staff for breakfast. Breakfast was also pretty good for the price. Location was probably the best part of this hotel. Price is great for this stay.

The hotel has lots of shops around it and is a very lively area, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are really friendly.

All reception staff were friendly and helpful. Emre was exceptionally helpful, friendly and happy. The hotel had personality and was warm and friendly (compared to the corporate hotel we stayed at provided by the airline for our last night). I would stay here again despite the negatives.

Nice, relatively new hotel. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, modern and functional bathroom, bottle of water and fruit as a welcome. Kettle, tea, coffee, mini bar. Kind stuff. Clean, great AC in the room. Excellent breakfast!
