İREM Apartment

A very friendly host. They have a souvenir shop at the entrance of the hotel with good prices. There is a small kitchen that can be used for simple cooking. There are lots of restaurants around, and it's close to public transport.

The apartment is close to the historical city, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque is just 10mins walk. Train stop is 5mins away. Lots of bakeries and food shops in the street reasonably priced. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Established contact before our arrival, sent a location pin, organized transport to the airport. We even got lots of baklava and sweets from them as a welcome, which was really lovely gesture. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, microwave, fridge, some plates, white linen, towels. The bed was comfortable. Hot water was hot, radiators were heating. Please do not expect 5* for the money you pay, but rather authentic experience which were enjoyed.

All apartments are clean and the location is in the historical center near all visiting sites, in Sultanahmet, at walking distance. The host, Mustafa, is the kindest person, willing to help with everything one would need. He also gave us great reccommendations where locals eat, to enjoy Turkish cuisine to the fullest. We spent great time in Istanbul.

The owner is really friendly and kind, he suggested us some places to go and he offered us typical Turkish sweets. The property is well-located and you can easily reach the main tourist attraction by feet.

The location was great, The owner was very kind and handy and helped in anyway. If you don’t mind to going up and down the stairs and ready for a busy and noisy area the location is fantastic. Not far from a lot of sightseeing. Accessible to many restaurants and lots of tour guides.

Very good apartment for staying there, near the old centre of Istanbul (20 minutes walk). Room and bathroom on photos are the same as in the reality. Very hospitable owner Mehmet who is always helpful and friendly.

Modern property in the historical centre of Istanbul. Step away from restaurants, shops, cafeterias, Grand Bazar, Golden Horn, Museums and most spots of interest. The studio apartment has all you need and it is reasonably priced. The host is very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help you feel at home. We are so grateful to Mehmet Bey as we got lost and he came personally to assist us to find the right way.
