Eresin Hotels Topkapı

Location,facilities

It was a pretty nice stay at eresin hotel The staff ,the decoration and the cleanliness is beautiful and fantastic

It was a very clean hotel, we received clean towels every day which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. The location was really convenient to get the tram into the centre

Breakfast was the highest point. Many food options, including fruits. A very high level brakfast.

Room was great, spacious and cozy,. It's noisy if to open the windows, but I sleep usually with air conditioner and white noise, I had dinner at the hotel. Menu is good, food is tasty, but small glass of wine for 12 euro - is too much. Anyway wine is expensive in all places of Istanbul. I like interior of the hotel -it's beautiful.

Luxury Hotel in the Middle of Istanbul. Very original and very beautifull Ottoman Style, i like it too much! That give you the real Istanbul feeling. The room was big and perfect. No comment... In front go the Hotel is the best Istanbul City connection with the Blue M1 Tram.

The staff are very friendly specifically those in the reception. I arrived early the check in time around 8:00 and there is one I forgot her name helped me to get my room ready, which I highly appreciate her efforts and cares. Also, I don’t forget Habeeb as well for his kind support. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Location great, staff very helpful and response always positive and quick, from restaurant manager and all other managers

lucation , staff , swimming pool

Location which is right on the tram station, about 10-15 minutes away from main tourist spots. Close to a park as well for children.

The staff was very polite and helpful from the reception desk to the house keeping staff

The reception team was outstanding, especially Erol and Aytut, who truly made our stay first class. From the very first moment, Aytut welcomed us warmly, ensured our check-in was smooth, explained the main attractions of Istanbul, and even gave us detailed tips about the SPA, pool, and breakfast times. He was always available in the mornings to help with any request. At night, Erol took over with the same dedication. One evening, when we experienced a minor food poisoning incident from street food, he didn’t just give us directions to a pharmacy—he personally checked which ones were still open during Victory Day celebrations and guided us carefully so we could get the right help. Their teamwork gave us the impression of being cared for at the highest level, and I was especially impressed with their solution-oriented approach. I also want to thank Yasar, who helped us with our luggage and even assisted with our taxi arrangements for a very early 3 a.m. airport transfer. These three made our stay truly memorable. On top of the excellent staff, the breakfast buffet was complete, with everything you might want to start your day. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, very comfortable, and serviced/cleaned every day, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
