Excellent service, staff was very attentive and polite. The buffet breakfast was abundant and offered a variety of choices of delicious food. Location could not be any better as you can reach everything in just a few minutes walk. Homey feeling, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very welcoming and caring. The place is a bit old but very clean and the bed is comfortable. I also liked the breakfast and the perfect location!

Location is wonderful! Close to many historic buildings in a walking distance. We got a sea view room and the view was spectacular. The staff were friendly and very polite. The welcoming Turkish tea/coffee was a plus! They even brought fruit to our room. Definitely come back to this hotel:)

I have stayed in this hotel on previous visits to Istanbul it is well located to major tourist sites , shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small but the bonus is a balcony the rooms are lean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable, we were upgraded to family suite. Location is amazing, close to most of the spots and tram station. Really appreciate staff for making late checkout arrangements. Made our day. Staff was really helpful. Lots of eating joints nearby which are open till late, so if you are checking in late, dont worry about going hungry for the night.
