This is a good all round hotel. It is centrally located with good facilities and the staff are pleasant and helpful. We got a free room upgrade to a family suite which was a nice touch. They also have free team and coffee in the bar area.

Great Location very close to the Grand Bazar. The Staff was very polite and helpful. We received a room upgrade with view to the Bosporus. Thank you for that!!! Also nice that you had free coffee, tea and further hot drinks the entire day. The Spa was also great, with the small pool, the sauna and the Jacuzzi... the Hamam and the Massage is recommendable as well. Thank you again!

Location is good (20 min walk from the center), breakfast had a good variety of selections, 24 hr service for coffee and tea at the lobby area. Room and bathroom was clean.

The breakfast options were a lot and yummy. Location was amazing. The indoor pool size is good enough for a light swim.

We stayed as a group and had a wonderful experience. Our room was upgraded for free, which was a lovely surprise. The location is perfect — very central and close to major attractions. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location is great, only a short walk from the tram and some of the central tourist sights like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cisterns. The hotel staff were friendly and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at Breakfast who was very welcoming. Breakfast is a long buffet table with plenty of options and a good view by the window.

The breakfast is fantastic !!! Seriously. Not only the choice is amazing but the food is excellent. The location is also great, very central and walking distance of all main attraction with bus ans metro just steps away from the hotel.
