My stay at this hotel in Istanbul was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. What really made the experience special was the amazing hospitality. Morad and Unor went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home, always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the city. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Istanbul—highly recommended!

The staff so helpful they order taxi for our departure to airport. The location so close to Galata tower, Metro (Sishane) easy to get to all the sights. Walking also good to many shops and restaurants close by.

About the hotel: Room, sheets, blankets and towels were clean. The view of the roof to the city was so delightful in mornings and astonishing at nights. About staff and services: The staffs were so kind, we asked for water and extra blankets, slippers and cups and they provided quickly. The time for payment was flexible, they waited for us to exchange our money. In the last day they provided for us a transfer from hotel to the airport with a good price (half the Uber's price). About the location: A subway station and two bus stations were 5 mins from the hotel (maximum). There are several cafes and small supermarkets near the hotel that facilitated our shoppings. It's almost near to everything. And the neighbourhood seemed good, we walked back to the hotel from Galata tower late at night safely.

Your hotel served our every need and the location was perfect. Your hotel felt like a boutique hotel and your attention to our needs were spot on. Excellent location near public transport, sights and shopping, yet very quiet. The staff has been wonderful and kind; thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommend and if I come again to Istanbul, I will definitely stay with you.
