Clean, spacious, excellent location, great blackout curtains. However, the brothers who run the place really went out of their way to help resolve a problem I had (lost cell phone). Can’t say enough about them!! They were awesome!

I stayed for a few nights and it's exactly what I expected for the low price I paid! Perfect location, close to a lot of nice coffee shops, bars, amazing street food, and all means of transportation - it's located right next to the umbrella street, but just far enough away that it's not too noisy. Bed was comfy, the shower had hot water, it was clean and they had a cleaning service which switched my towels and made the bed, and the AC worked liked a dream in the mid August heat. Can't ask for much more with that price.

Die location war sehr zentral. In unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Gehminuten) gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, und vieles mehr. Die Tramstation ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso zur Galatabrücke und zur Fährestation "Karaköy" Der Hotelbesitzer und sein Team sind super nett! Man hat sich sofort wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir waren eine 3er Frauengruppe. Täglich hat man frische Handtücher bekommen und es wurde täglich geputzt. Seife, Shampoo, Showergel und Klopapier gab es natürlich auch! Einziges Manko, es gibt leider keinen Ganzkörperspiegel :) man kann sich aber im Aufzug betrachten :)

I highly recommend Insta Hotel as the location is the best in Istanbul. From when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and offer of tea. My room was spacious and so clean, the bed was extremely comfortable I had the best sleep ! Cafes, Promenade and public transport are all right at your door, making it so easy to get to all the attractions on both sides of the Bosphorus. I stayed 2 weeks and as a female solo traveler they made me feel safe and like family. Nothing was hard for them when I asked. Erkan and the team helped me with so many things. A big thank you again to the team at Insta Hotel, I'll definitely be back !

We had a lovely time in Istanbul and would definitely stay here again! The hotel room was very nice and spacious and very clean, which is what ı worry about most but the hotel exceeded my expectations, had the most friendly and helpful staff, especially Erol bey. Super good location, great restaurants and cafes nearby, walking distance to most attractions and very close to the sea and has very close proximity to transport links. Will definitely come again beautiful city and lovely hotel.

The location was exceptional! Just a few minutes walk from Galata Bridge and in the center of Karakoy cafes and restaurants with vibrant night life. It was also close to Galata Tower and connecting tram lines that can get you anywhere you want. The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff were changing sheets and towels every day. Also, Erol the guy from the reception was really helpful and he was there for anything we needed to be fixed. They also were very responsive with providing a crib for our baby.
