Very good location , 10 min from the Blue Mosque and the rest sites. Comfortable bed, bathroom and balcony. All kitchen facilities are . There are little park, and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around.

The staff were really friendly, helped with everything. Even promoted us to a better room free of charge just because it was available. All in all a great experience!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and very well‑equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Sultanahmet

Only stayed 1 night during a layover on my way to Tunis. Great location that is close to many attractions and restaurants. Got a really nice comfortable room. Staff is really helpful and accommodating.

the location was great, the staff were incredibly friendly. we originally booked 3 days and were offered a free upgrade which was amazing. We decided to extend our stay for 2 more nights as it was so good.

Good location, nice people, a little usefull kitchen

Location is great only 10 minutes walk to blue mosque, about 35 minutes to grand bazaar. Room was spectacular with massive balcony looking at fountain at park. Very quiet. Staff was 11 out of 10, very carrying and helpful all the time. I get upgraded to best room with no extra cost.

I loved the balcony this room had. The bed and bedding where of good quality. Owner was very helpful

I can’t guarantee it’ll be the same for everyone, but in my case, my check-in time was 2 PM, and they kindly let me check in when I arrived at 9 AM.

We loved the central location opposite a park and the modest but funky and clean accommodation which was reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. The manager Hakan was pleasant, accommodating and gave us good information.

Friendly helpful owner speaks perfect English. Close to train & tram. Short walk to most famous sites of Istanbul. Great little kitchenette with stove top & fridge - supermarket & yummy bakery within 150m. Quiet area with leafy green park across the street

Amazing location with many shops and restaurants nearby, city center is 15 mins walk, clean room, the view on the park, stuff was very nice and always helpful, we got everything we needed

We had a good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—very central and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Having two parks right on either side of the hotel was a big bonus, especially for keeping the kids entertained. Our room came with a mini kitchenette, which was handy for making our own breakfasts and basic utensils provided. There were also plenty of mini supermarkets, convenience stores, and eateries nearby. A nice lady cleaned our room every day—we really appreciated her efforts. Overall, it was well worth the price and the staff were very friendly.

The hosts were very cooperative and helpful. They also give valuable local information which helped me as a solo traveler.

I was going to give 9 rating but I had to give it 10 just because of the Hakan bro he's an amazing person will help you with everything and anything and you won't regret your stay and area is great for family nearby everything you can get and amazing English and again great owner Hakan and I have 2 kids one 6 year old and 1 is 1 year old so believe me for family it's the best
