Staff are very helpful and excellent location for links to transport and main tourist sites.

The people that work there are very nice and pleasent. We had very good time.

It was clean, close to the city center, it was quiet. The staff were amazing and very helpful, they even gave us a gift when we left. Amazing job!!

Location was really good. All major attractions are in 10-15 mins walking distance. The hotel area is nice and has lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Good selection if you are looking for touristy vibes.

Great stay at the Hotel Sapphire - good location for walking to the major sights (Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc). Lots of places to eat, great vibe. Reception staff were lovely and always happy to help where needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was excellent. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Sultanahmet, yet safe and pleasantly quiet. The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast, which was a bit simple compared to the rest of the experience; nevertheless, it was fair for the price range of the hotel. Overall, everything else was fantastic.

Very kind and helpful staff at the hotel, they were very nice from the moment we arrived. Rooms were clean and tidy, very comfy. I really recommend giving it a try. I will for sure book here again when I visit Turkey. Thank you

We stayed at Maywood Hotel, sister hotel to Hotel Sapphire (which had been closed by the Municipality prior to our arrival). Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. Includes a good buffet breakfast. Really good location, walkable to River, spice markets, Blue and pink mosque and The Grand Bazaar.

We actually stayed in Sapphires sister accommodation which is the "Maywood Hotel" so this review is for them and them alone. Brilliant place to stay, relative big room, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Loved the heated indoor pool and sauna. Hard to fault this hotel.

The location was great, close to everything and very quiet, considering there are restaurants nearby. It was nice to come back to the hotel and enjoy the nice indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. The room was clean and comfortable. All in all , it is a great place to explore Istanbul. Thanks!

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Bed very comfortable, nice pool. Breakfast was very good.Great position only a short walk to harbour and tram station only up the road which took you anywhere over the city. Restaurants and cafes all around,so close. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They arranged our transfer to the airport. All round 10/10. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
