The room was very clean, spacious and brite, equipped with kettle, cups, cutlery, tea and coffee,fridge. Nice balcony with a view on Bosforus. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was leaving a bottle of water on the table. The staff is very friendly, helpful and multilingual. Delicius breakfasts are served downstairs.

The breakfast was very good. Nice relaxed atmosphere and polite friendly staff. Staff very helpful.

Everything! Great location, clean rooms, great facilities, excellent services, super friendly and helpful staff. Did I mention , they also have an excellent breakfast?

The location was perfect. Within easy walking distance to the main tourist sites of the old city, but also quiet and a lovely refuge when the crowds wore us out. The breakfast was incredible! So many unexpected food options. We felt spoiled. Finally, the roof top patio was stunning. Have coffee or a drink with a view of the Bosphorus was luxurious.

Excellent staff. Reception gave wonderful welcome and lots of friendly advice. Location is perfect right near the blue mosque and restaurants everywhere within minutes walk.Arrival at the hotel was really easy with parking already organised. Rooftop lounge was a great place to enjoy sunset with your own drinks. Rooms well insulated so the call to prayer wasn’t too loud.

Friendly, helpful staff and the room was very comfortable. Hotel was in a great location and we would definitely go back. Great breakfast choice to start the day 😀

Location was on the main floor; Breakfast was prompt with a large variety of tasty choices; Room was professionally decorated and handy. Very soothing and comfortable.

Kind staff, location is brilliant. Terrace very relaxed, feels like you're in a small town near the sea. :) Breakfast was very nice. I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer. Taxi service professional and responsible. (On time) Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, great room, perfect/central location! Helped arrange airport shuttle, which was great (especially since we had an early morning flight) and they set us up perfectly for our baby (with a crib, extra sheets/blanket/towels - and they froze our ice packs for us so we could use them to keep our bottles cold on the flight the next day). They really helped us make the most out of our long layover in Istanbul!

It was within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious. And the buffet breakfast was amazing. But the highlight was the staff, giving us lots of suggestions, always helpful and cheerful.

Our stay was truly excellent! The accommodation is perfectly located, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were outstanding – the reception team was extremely polite and always ready to provide assistance or information whenever needed. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a small gift at the end of our stay. Many thanks for everything – we look forward to returning!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly think it’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The hotel arranged my airport taxi and even sent a video in advance showing exactly where to go, which was so helpful after a long journey. The men on the front desk were incredibly friendly and informative, and on arrival I was kindly upgraded. They even showed me a couple of different rooms so I could choose which one I preferred. The hotel itself has a beautiful roof terrace with amazing views, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to key landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, as well as plenty of fantastic restaurants. What really stood out to me was how much the staff went above and beyond. My return transfer was at 3:15 am, well before breakfast, and they kindly offered to prepare sandwiches for me to take with me, as well as some tea to enjoy at home. Small gestures like that made a huge difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Istanbul and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
