The hotel is very cosy. I loved the old building and the ottoman style decorations. The rooms were clean and suited perfectly for our needs. The staff is really friendly and helpful. All the main attractions are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay there and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Extra- perfect location! Just few steps from main landmarks. Great rooms, you can find here everything you need. I lived there on my own and my parents were in another room, so there is enough space for 2 as well. Great breakfasts. Perfect place for this price. Totally recommend

Brilliant location, short walking distance to the majority of famous sites, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern. Grand Bazzar and Spice Bazzar are a slightly longer walk but easily achieved with an online map and plenty to see on the way.

Beautiful hotel with a very special location which has so much going on during day but completely quiet and comfortable to sleep in at night. Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable with lovely view into the garden and I loved the little luxuries of feather duvet, the smell of the shower products, shower design with old time charm, quiet but efficient airconditioning and the design of having TV hidden inside a mirror to name a few. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and coffee and tea at room as well as reception. Staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us arrange a breakfast earlier than the normal start (which would have been only at 8:00) so that we can have a bite before going to airport.

The room met our needs, the room service gave us two 500ml bottles of water daily, and there was a boiler for some morning tea/coffee in the room as well. The fridge was great and the staff very nice. The breakfast was super good as well, and they have a terrace which is super nice for some reading/work during the later hours of a hot day. Traditional look and feel overall, visually aesthetic. Wifi was working as expected. I really enjoyed the time at the hotel.

Perfect cosy place in the very heart of old Istanbul. Helpful staff, rich breakfast, clean stylish room with air conditioning and little fridge. Be careful - the bed is sooo soft and comfortable that you fall asleep just touching it)) I'm looking forward to staying here again!

Location was perfect. You have tram and metro just a short walk away. Hotel is a bit on the older side with lots of character and it could do with a bit of renovation but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was good too

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps from Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. Getting there from the airport was simple via the HVIST-11 bus. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned regularly. The breakfast was good. Overall, it was an ideal choice for a 3-day stay to explore the old city.

The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. At first, they gave us a very spacious room. It had multiple AC units and a bed and a couch. It was very nice. We asked if we can be explicitly moved to a room with a balcony within the same category, and they agreed. It was smaller, but suited us better. The breakfast staff are always on top of things. Food that runs out is instantly renewed. They helped me carry my food plates around, helped me making coffee, they didn't have to, but happy to assist customers. The location! Couldn't ask for a better spot, honestly.
