The location was very good, the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

The stuff is very Professional especially Mr Javidan he always look after everyone he always provides service very fast thank you brother Javidan, I am highly recommended this hotel to choose if you want have comfortable stay with low badges

Staff is really nice. Place is clean, tidy, and in a quiet corner of a really busy and loud area. 3-5 mins by from Galata Kulesi, 1 min away from metro, 15 min from Karakoy pier... overall, great value for money.

The hotel has a super convenient location, right in the heart of the tourist area, yet it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and treated us with great hospitality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Everything was clean and comfortable, but what really made my stay special was the staff. They were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great location, very friendly staff. The only downside was that there was no elevator. We had heavy suitcases, but the reception staff carried them upstairs for us without any problem — special thanks for that. The location is just perfect!

Location: it’s hard to find the reception and on the hill. But it’s near to kadikoy ferry stop. It also has bus stop nearby, but the Istanbul buses are never really on time. Clean: it was clean. Noise: it was quiet.

Everything was great, the location is close to all the attractions in the area, the hotel is clean and renovated, the people in charge are helpful and kind people, they upgraded the room without any charge, I will definitely visit the hotel again, I highly recommend it

It was simple and clean, and very good price-quality ratio. The receptionist was extremely kind and let us leave or luggage before check in and after check out so that we could keep getting to know the city.

Great hotel in a perfect location – just a short walk from Galata Tower and about 400 meters from the metro station. Most services and shops are available around the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The area is lively but still peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again!
