Elm Suite Hotel

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable and cozy room, all needed amenities are available and for anything else you can ask at the reception. The staff are all very welcoming, polite and willing to help. The breakfast is also nice, diverse and fresh.

Elm Suite Hotel in Şişli was a great choice for our stay in Istanbul. It’s conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the metrobus, making it quick and easy to reach the old city and all the major sights. The hotel offers very spacious rooms, each with a kitchenette, which is perfect for longer stays or if you prefer to prepare your own meals. The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is reliable—both important for a good stay. While breakfast isn’t so rich, but there’s enough to fill up and start your day right. Another big plus is the underground parking just across the street, which is secure and free—very helpful if you’re driving. Overall, Elm Suite offers great value and comfort in a well-connected part of the city.

At first, we were given a small room, but later an error was discovered, and we were moved to the room we were originally supposed to have. The breakfast and its timing were good for the hotel's level. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice . It has a parking and this is a big advantage. Great location for us . Memorial hospital is only 10 minutes walking. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable . There is a kitchen box to prepare some fast hot food for the child. 24 hours reception . The staff on the reception is very helpful . I am very grateful for their help as my daughter was with a broken leg and we stood in the hotel 8 days. They met all our special requests. Excellent customer service. All staff ( BKF , Housekeeping ) is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend ELM Suite Hotel and definitely will be back soon. Nina and Marina

Everything

They had parking included. The room had a stove and washing machine and some kitchen space that we could use. It also had a table and office chair, so I could work from there. The staff was very nice and helpful - we asked for detergent so we can use the washing machine and they gave us some. They were coming to clean our room every day and were politely asking if it's ok or not when we were there.

The rooms are quite small. Otherwise it's excellent and the receptionist was very friendly and helpfull.

Super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Staffs cooperation, professionalism and welcoming specially “ Mert “. Proximity to markets and restaurants.

It had a great location the staff was amazing polite and helpful the whole place was clean i mean you can not dislike this place its the best in everyway

There's a possibility to use the underground parking garage of a neighboring building, just give your license plate number to the receptionist. It was quiet inside, despite the hotel being close to a highway/busy street. English-speaking staff who were really helpful.

Room was really clean alongside with the facility in general, I didn’t have a single issue throughout my stay, staff were really kind and helpful. And it is probably the first time that I have seen a WiFi which works without a problem.

Good location, lovely staff and great breakfast.

A nice hotel to stay in for some days.

Breakfest very good. Location also very good
