The staff is kind, smiling, and helpful. The hotel is in an optimal location close to the main sights, making them easy to reach, which is definitely an advantage, as even an evening walk is just a short outing. The staff were amazing, we arrived extremely early they welcomed us with smiles, stored luggage and allowed us to use hotel facilities. Turan went over and above to make our arrival/stay comfortable.
